Refund Policy

At PrintWorx3D, we strive to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@printworx3d.co.za with the details of your order. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on how to return the item. Please note, items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the return process.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a quicker resolution and availability of the new product.

7. Cooling-Off Period (South Africa Only)

In compliance with South African consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without justification. The item must still be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of payment.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
