Our toys are made using high-quality, commonly used 3D-printing plastics designed for durability, flexibility, and everyday handling.
Our toys are suitable for ages 3+ and should be used under adult supervision. They are not intended for children under 3 years old due to small parts and flexible joints.
Our products are designed for gentle play and stress relief. While they are flexible and sturdy, excessive force or misuse may cause damage.
Most items are produced and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days, depending on order size and product type.

Payment is required in full at checkout before your order is processed or produced.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Eligibility depends on the type of product and the reason for the return.
📦 Shipping
Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
We offer returns in line with our Refund Policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within the specified timeframe.
Please email us at support@printworx3d.co.za with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
