Refund policy

At PrintWorx3D, we take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products. If something isnโ€™t right, weโ€™re here to help.

1. Returns & Cooling-Off Period (South Africa)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
    This applies only to non-custom, non-personalized items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Custom or made-to-order 3D-printed items
  • Personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, where applicable.

4. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
