We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping:
  Free standard shipping on all orders over R600
  
• Standard Shipping:
  Orders below R600 incur a shipping fee ranging from R57.50 to R150, depending on the delivery location.
  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the items ordered.

Please note that processing time does not include delivery time.

4. Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days.

Delivery times may be slightly longer for rural or remote areas.

6. Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited or priority shipping at this time.

• Shipment dispatch
• Out-for-delivery status

9. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
  

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Certain remote or restricted areas may experience extended delivery times. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

We use eco-friendly and/or custom packaging where possible to reduce environmental impact while ensuring your items are safely delivered.

Customers may provide special delivery instructions during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, successful delivery remains subject to courier policies and accessibility.

At PrintWorx3D, we take pride in the quality of our 3D-printed products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Cooling-Off Period (South Africa)

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• It is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
  This applies only to non-custom, non-personalized items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or incorrect:

• Custom or made-to-order 3D-printed items
• Personalized products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
  

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

• Defective
• Damaged during transit
• Incorrectly supplied

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund, where applicable.

4. Return Approval Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
